160 Hours Reformer + Jumpboard includes:

  • 50 Hours Workshops

  • 110 Self Practice and Observations

**Pre-Requisite: Complete Mat & Anatomy, 10 hours of Reformer Classes at SHINE, 5 Private Sessions at SHINE
